Saxophone, Clarinet and Oboe in-person lessons at the Lansing location (in person only). Classical style and jazz/big band styles. Students of all ages and levels welcomed.
Margaret graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor degree in Music Education. She started teaching privately during college and has acquired more than thirty years of teaching experience. Margaret has performed with concert bands, big/jazz bands, marching bands, orchestras, small ensembles, musical pit orchestras and has been a featured soloist.
She is currently the saxophone section leader with the Lansing Concert Band and lead alto for Lansing Concert Band Big Band. As a private instructor her goals are to improve her student's playing ability, increase their knowledge of music theory and develop their music appreciation.
