RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise that is in new condition and in its original packaging may be returned within 15 days of purchase with an original receipt. For online orders, 15 days from original received package date, according to tracking records.

• Returnable merchandise excludes software, print music, special orders, repair parts, mouth-blown products, and any items that cannot be resold due to sanitary conditions.

• Returns may be brought into any Marshall Music location for a full refund of the purchase price, plus any applicable taxes. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

• To request a return from an online sale, please contact Online Sales for an RA #. This number must appear on return labels. Do not write the RA # on the box.

• Original and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

• Electronic equipment may be returned within 3 days of purchase.

• There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned or canceled layaways.

• Merchandise paid with a personal check will be refunded after 10 business days.

• Returns over $100 that were originally paid with cash or check will be returned by company check.

• Rental Returns: Rental instruments can be returned at any time, to any Marshall Music location, without penalty. Return of a rental instrument will effectively end the rental agreement with Marshall Music and all equity/credit accumulated by the renter will be forfeited. Any account payments that are still owed (including late fees) at the time of return must be paid in full.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Currently shipping to the contiguous United States only.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

• Orders received by 3:00 pm EST Monday – Friday will be processed the same day.  Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.  Most orders ship within 1 – 2 business days after processing.

• All original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

GUARANTEE DETAILS

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made on our site while using our secure servers. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping here you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
