Christine Williams

Christine Williams has developed a solid reputation for teaching Fiddle, Cello, and beginning Violin. Chris has over 50 years of teaching experience. She has a BA in Music Education from WMU and an MA in Education from GVSU. She has taken Suzuki teacher training in Cello and Violin and participated in numerous Fiddle Workshops. She has taught Fiddle at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, Algomatrad Traditional Arts Camp and Earful of Fiddle Camp. Chris is noted for her patience, her ability to break learning into small steps, and willingness to individualize. She has written a basic fiddle instruction book titled Bakers Dozen.
