Liem Nguyen

Liem Nguyen has been playing trumpet for over 23 years.  Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, he holds a bachelors from Western Michigan University and a Masters of Trumpet Performance from University of North Texas.  Liem has a strong passion for teaching and helping students find joy in their playing.  Although proficient at teaching all levels of trumpet, Liem specializes in working with developing players who needs guidance with the fundamental concepts of playing.  

Liem now resides in Kalamazoo with his Dog - Lily and Cat - Phoebe who happen to have polar opposite personalities.  It is an ongoing struggle, especially during the holidays.
