Aaron Longuski, a native of central Michigan, is an active chamber and orchestral cellist in the Greater Lansing area. He currently serves as Co-Principal of the Michigan State University Symphony Orchestra, where he is pursuing his B.A. in Music Performance with Professor Suren Bagratuni.
Along with his studies at MSU, he also performs with regional orchestras such as Lansing, Jackson, Midland, and Battle Creek Symphony Orchestras. As well as performing in chamber ensembles ranging from baroque programs to contemporary music.
In the past, Aaron has most notably served as Principal Cellist of the Mason Symphony Orchestra, as well as being a soloist with the ensemble, with many of the orchestra's performances being broadcast on 90.5 WKAR. Other radio appearances include being a guest on Michael Patrick Sheil's 'Michigan's Big Show' to talk about a solo recital given at Michigan State University.
